Permanent Staff

Time is money and we save Clients’ money by making sure that Candidates’ we send them from LKA fit their criteria as closely as possible, both in qualifications and personality.

This is done by interviewing every Candidate, assessing their experience, qualifications and ability and establishing exactly what each Candidate is looking for in their future employment..

Knowing our Clients’ and the ethos of their Companies we have to ensure that it’s a good match to the skills and views of our Candidates.

We often find that there are times when experience and personality are just as important as qualifications, when matching Candidates’ to Clients’.

Temporary Staff

Having an Agency that can deliver is important, especially when a rush job comes in and extra staff are urgently needed.

An Agency which knows their temporary staff well is very useful, as putting a “square peg” in a “round hole” can totally upset a team’s output.

Having a frank and open relationship with our Clients is extremely important to us. We will be honest if finding 100 temps with an hours’ notice is unlikely, if we can only manage to find 70!

Allowing us to make a Site visit is a good idea for Clients as we can then tell the temporary staff so much more about the Clients’ Company if we have spoken to them on Site. 30 minutes of “On Site” knowledge could save a good deal of time in the future.

We feel that the key to our successful Agency is getting to know our Clients’ really well and having a good understanding of their requirements, plus offering extremely competitive rates.

Our Healthcare Division has access to many national and local job boards, where they use multi-searches (Boolean and “Key Word’) to find suitable candidates.

This gives us huge exposure to UK resident Healthcare Professionals who won’t require costly Visa sponsorship. We search across the whole of the UK, and have a databank of skilled medical staff.

We have Clients’ across all fields of medicine, including those who will sponsor Visas and bring in Healthcare Professionals from overseas.

We always listen to our Candidates’ requirements (as our Healthcare Division has years of experience) so we can find them appropriate roles and not just any old job!

Commercial

Our Consultants have many years of experience within the Recruitment Industry and have an extensive knowledge of the Essex and Suffolk area. We also cover a wider area as some of our Clients are as far away as Bristol, Liverpool and beyond.
