Position: Customer Service Administrator
Duration: 3 Months (September to December)
Salary: £24,000 (pro rata)
Location: Colchester (Remote Location – Driving Required)

A vibrant and creative photography business based in Colchester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team for a 3-month contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email

  • Processing orders and managing order-related inquiries
  • Ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration
  • A friendly and professional phone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the remote location)
