We are hiring an Office Administrator for our client based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex. Your main responsibilities will be to support the key accounts, internal and external sales departments, customer services admin support, sales order entry, WISMO enquiries and general customer care. You will also be working with purchasing, accounts and the warehouse to ensure the best service is offered to the customers.
You need to have a good knowledge of computer programs with good verbal and written communication skills.
Also, due to the location of this office, you will need a full UK driving license.
Working hours will be 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
The pay rate for this Office Administrator ranges from £7.49 – £10.42 per hour depending on age.
