An experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up would also be considered.
They’ve just been awarded 2 Rosettes from the AA for culinary excellence.
The candidate needs a proven record, cooking in reputable kitchens and having a passion for developing and executing quality dishes.
Salary – up to £35,000 depending on experience
5-day-a-week operation – closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Closed for a week in January and September
