Telesales Executive
Location: Office Based in Colchester at Sveralls industrial estate – Parking on site

Dynamic and forward-thinking technology firm with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a reputation for excellence, are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join their team.

This role will focus on mainly outbound telephone-based sales activity designed to generate, qualify, and assist in converting new sales opportunities. There will also be a flow of inbound sales calls and inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising a range of different data sources, (including a database of potential clients) to create and maintain a list of potential sales opportunities
    With a focus on telephone-based activity, build a contact strategy for this prospect list with the intent of generating qualified leads with a need for the company’s software products that can be passed to the Business Development Manager
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to help turn qualified leads into converted sales
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all relevant information in relation to sales leads, ensuring accurate data is produced in relation to the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider Sales team to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and wider industry news

About You:
Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
1 years of B2B/B2C sales/account management experience
Experience in a Telesales role or similar.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ambition to grow the business.
  • Dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems
  • Experience of working within the mortgage or wealth industries is desirable
  • Experience of working within technology industry is desirable.


  • 30,000 – 35,000 OTE (Office Based) 24,000 basic
    Full-time or Part-Time (20 hours and core working hours)
  • 20 days holiday, increasing on length of service to a maximum of 30 days per year plus bank holidays
